However, the dining experience was not extraordinary, but the service made up for it. The facilities were reflective of a boutique setting, adding to the charm of the stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and just 2 minutes from the horses for a tour, which was fantastic. However, our initial room view of the parking lot was disappointing, but the receptionist quickly accommodated our request for a better view. The service was excellent, especially Jeremy the barman who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was great, very convenient for exploring Killarney. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming for the price we paid. Overall, a decent stay but with some ups and downs.

The hotel had a beautiful room with an amazing bed, but it could do with a paint overhaul as walls were marked and paint chipped. The wet room shower area needs attention with mold growing on the grout floor, needing weekly bleaching to keep it in check. However, noise from the nearby hotspot for boy racers persisted until 3 am, making it a little cold during our three-night stay.

The hotel rooms could use some improvements like removing stains and freshening up the paint, but they were clean and spacious. The lack of proper ventilation made the room uncomfortably warm at times. The service was mostly exceptional, with a minor incident of rudeness. The location was convenient for walking into town but not right in the city center. The dining experience offered a delightful mix of options, especially at breakfast. The facilities were adequate, with some maintenance needed.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very comfortable, but there were some issues like the lack of air conditioning and flies near the lift on my floor. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room in the original, older part was very large and comfortable with elegant furnishings, but unfortunately, it was facing the road and felt small with a lift shaft attached. The service provided by the hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional, making my experience pleasant. The location was convenient to various attractions but could be better, especially due to disruptive guests. The dining experience offered a good range of choices, including gluten-free options, at reasonable value. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and some room for improvement in certain areas.
